Thermo Systems, LLC is seeking a Commissioning Manager to deliver the technical scope of work on global projects with a project in Stillwater, OK. You will lead on-site commissioning, coordinate engineering resources, and ensure the system meets contract requirements, testing, and customer acceptance.

This role reports to the Project Manager and Site Manager, with travel as needed. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in commissioning, hands-on field leadership, experience with industrial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
• 5–8 years commissioning experience, incl. 3–4 years in field.
• Hands-on leadership of field teams and technical resources.
• Experience as primary client contact or site liaison.
• Background in industrial automation or systems integration.
• Experience with FAT/SAT and commissioning in data center or critical infra.

Responsabilidades

• Own contracted technical scope delivery and ensure commissioning to specification.
• Advise Project Manager on staffing, commissioning strategy, and schedule constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure deliverables support testing.
• Lead field commissioning activities, directing technical resources from pre-functional checks through final acceptance.
• Oversee FAT/SAT and commissioning test plans; serve as the primary on-site coordination point.
• Drive punch list resolution and re-testing through to close-out.
