Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial title and/or underwriting experience with complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, title insurance, and settlements.
• Experience underwriting high-liability deals and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review title searches for commercial transactions from single-site to multi-state portfolios.
• Analyze liens, judgments, easements, surveys, and vesting documents to determine ownership and risks.
• Provide underwriting guidance for commitments, endorsements, and title policies.
• Price commitments and policies using standard fee schedules.
• Review deeds, operating agreements, and corporate resolutions for closings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and clients to resolve title matters.
