First American's GO Title division provides global title and escrow production support across all channels within First American Title, including Mortgage Services, Commercial, Direct, and Agency divisions. • Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property.
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines.
• May abstract records for residential properties.
