Job summary

First American's GO Title division is seeking an entry-level title examiner to support title and chain of title work. You will work under experienced team members on routine production tasks.

This remote role offers hourly pay with a range of $17.69–$23.56 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and more. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs title examination and chain of title review for orders.
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation per procedural guidelines.
• May abstract records for residential properties.
• Other duties as assigned.
