Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a temporary/project-based Loan Transaction Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of loan processes, from onboarding through post-closing activities. You will liaise between borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field with 2–10 years in commercial lending or transaction management, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

2-10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
