Job summary

The Abbey is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL. The role is remote-based with potential attachment to offices in Leeds, Manchester or London.

You will disseminate technical and commercial intelligence to clients and lawyers, and act as a key knowledge resource within the firm. The ideal candidate has 5+ PQE in Commercial law, supervisory/mentoring experience, and strong black-letter law skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial law and knowledge management.
• Ability to disseminate technical and commercial intelligence to clients and lawyers.
• Strong supervisory or mentoring experience with junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate technical and commercial intelligence to internal clients and external clients.
• Act as a knowledge resource for the firm and engage with clients.
• Support knowledge management initiatives and mentor junior lawyers.
