Job summary

Questpro Consultants LLC is seeking a Commercial P&C Technical Assistant for a remote, temporary assignment lasting approximately 24 months. The role supports underwriting activities, processes multi-state new and renewal business, quotes, issues, and endorsements, and maintains accurate customer records.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least five years in rating multi-state policies and underwriting support, with preferred experience on large accounts and knowledge of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in rating multi-state policies and commercial insurance underwriting support experience, large accounts work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of all commercial line coverages, endorsements, rules and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rating manuals and regularly update changes to programs, rates, underwriting guidelines, standard procedures and logs.
• Perform manual preparation of new and renewal policies, audits and endorsements for computer input.
• Review applications and issue commercial line policies.
• Obtain current information from Underwriter and Underwriting Assistant to rate and issue policies, endorsements, and quotations.
• Demonstrate commitment to Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.
