Job summary

CRE Finance Council is seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer to join a national, remote platform. This 1099 contractor role offers a tiered commission plan with no benefits and nationwide eligibility.

The firm handles $1.5M to $150M+ CRE transactions across asset classes, with leader support and lead generation from the CEO. Open to brokers with 2-3 years of CRE origination and a strong borrower/referral network who can exceed production goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of commercial mortgage origination experience; preference for senior brokers with 10+ years and strong production.
Established borrower and referral network.
Proven annual production of $25M+ (required)
Ability to structure and close transactions across CRE asset types
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

Originate and close commercial real estate loans across multiple asset classes
Maintain and grow borrower and investor relationships
Partner with CEO and internal teams to manage leads and close transactions
Deliver a high standard of client service while ensuring competitive placement of debt solutions
Achieve annual production goals of $25M minimum
