Job summary

Incendia Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking a Commercial Litigation & General Liability Attorney to defend clients on a national platform. This defense-side role offers on-site or remote work with occasional in-office appearances and a high-visibility, flexible environment.

You will handle cases from pleadings through resolution, draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in mediations, with strong mentorship and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense
• Active Texas bar license in good standing is required
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery and motion practice
• Deposition experience is a plus (not required)
• Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple matters

Responsibilities

• Defending clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters
• Handling cases from pleadings through resolution
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Managing discovery and taking/defending depositions
• Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Working directly with clients and litigation teams
