Confidential is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney in California with 3-7 years of experience to handle complex matters for notable clients. This role offers a fully remote option and engagement with high-stakes litigation across state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will excel in writing, research and analysis, manage substantive litigation work independently, and be admitted to the California bar. A strong Big Law background is preferred for a fast-paced, sophisticated practice.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Top 30 law school and/or Big Law experience strongly preferred.
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation.
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
• Capable of independently managing substantive litigation work.
• Not looking for someone who is still very green; must contribute from day one.
• Must be admitted in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Manage arbitrations, discovery, depositions and case strategy.
• Engage in significant motion practice and trial preparation.
• Support California Proposition 65 regulatory litigation/compliance niche.
• Collaborate with clients and partners on sophisticated matters.
• Contribute ownership and client-facing work while maintaining balance and responsiveness.
