Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior insurance industry experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Agency Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, close sales, and achieve performance goals.
• Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to educate and advise clients during the renewal shopping process.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain high levels of client retention and product loyalty.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead database follow-up.
