SDI Staffing in Central San Diego seeks a Commercial Lines Insurance CSR / Account Manager for a remote position within the Commercial Small Business Unit. Expect 30–40 USD per hour and standard hours in a 8am–5pm window with potential 4:30/5:00 finish.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years in CL CSR/Account Manager roles at independent agencies, an active CA Property/Casualty license, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. W2 only; CA residency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience recently working as a Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager within an independent agency environment.
• Active CA Property/Casualty license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Sagitta or EPIC experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Continue to perform all duties of a Commercial Assistant while assisting Client Executive in analyzing coverages and claims data for renewal business.
• Proactively prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
• Assist with and/or manage the marketing of renewal business as directed by Client Executive.
• Prepare experience modification projections using appropriate software.
• Review accuracy of experience modification calculations published by state rating agencies.
