Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a book of business, retain clients, and support new business development. You will coordinate daily admin tasks, respond to service requests, and analyze coverage needs across commercial lines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), holds an active P&C license, and may hold a CIC or equivalent designation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license; trucking/commercial transportation experience.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and negotiate coverages.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
