Job summary

EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors to perform remote-based scheduling and on-site surveys for commercial insurance clients in Georgetown, SC and surrounding areas within approximately 40 miles. You will collect data using a camera or tablet, prepare risk control reports, and provide recommendations to improve safety while meeting client deadlines.

This is a home-based role with flexible scheduling and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Self-directed independent contractor with excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to meet client quality and timeliness standards.
• Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claims, loss control or underwriting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports for insurance clients.
• Identify hazards and recommend controls to improve safety and reduce risk.
• Manage assignments, secure local appointments, and complete work on time.
