Job summary

EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors to conduct on-site surveys in the Olympia, WA region and nearby locations. You will schedule inspections, generate risk control reports for commercial insurance clients, and manage assignments to meet quality and timeliness standards.

Responsibilities include securing client appointments within a local territory, performing surveys, and delivering comprehensive risk control findings to support underwriting decisions.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports to insurance clients.
• Manage assignments and secure local appointments within a 45-mile radius of Olympia.
• Complete work assignments on time and communicate results to clients.
