Job summary

EXL Risk Control seeks self-directed contractors to perform on-site surveys and prepare risk control reports for insurance clients. You will work from home or office and service surveys in the Oahu, HI area and nearby locations, with tools and access required for effective assessments.

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claims, loss control, underwriting, or safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-directed independent contractor with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using a computer and basic office software.
• Ability to schedule on-site surveys and deliver risk control reports on time.
• Experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claims, or loss control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports for insurance clients.
• Manage assigned projects and secure customer appointments within a local territory.
• Conduct surveys focusing on property and general liability coverage and related lines.
• Identify hazards and recommend risk-control measures to improve safety for clients.
