UNICO Group is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and representing client goals within the organization. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service and fostering ongoing business opportunities.

You will manage client accounts, communicate effectively with the team, and help grow revenue while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s/associate degree preferred.
• Experience: Clerical and computer knowledge; 1–3 years property & liability coverage experience.
• Licensure: Nebraska license in commercial property/liability or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business contact for the client and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts and represent client needs within the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage ongoing business opportunities.
• Manage between $100,000–$400,000 in agency revenue.
