Qualifications

• Requires active Florida Commercial Inspector License in Electrical (EN).
• Experience with Florida Building Code and jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual commercial inspections and plan reviews in licensed discipline(s).
• Identify defects, hazards, or non-compliance issues per codes and regulations.
• Document findings using approved reporting systems and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to inspection team and assist other staff as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and Florida Building Code.
