Polikov Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally respected insurance carrier to recruit an experienced Commercial Lines Production Underwriter. This role offers autonomy, strong agent relationships, and the chance to underwrite a diverse, profitable book with a casualty focus.

You’ll be out in the field a couple days a week connecting with local agents and brokers, while underwriter from home with solid support from a back-office team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with autonomy.
• Ability to build strong relationships with local agents and brokers.
• Comfort underwriting from home with support from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite a diverse, profitable book with casualty focus.
• Field visits to agents/brokers several days per week.
• Collaborate with claims, loss control and premium audit teams.
