Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Commercial Service Specialist to support our largest enterprise and wholesale customers. You will manage strategic relationships with sales, order, and project management teams, delivering white-glove service and ensuring accurate billing and contracts.

You will work across Salesforce and billing systems, coordinate renewals, and provide proactive issue resolution during Pacific business hours. Prior telecom operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience in an enterprise organization.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Telecommunications and Sales Operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years working with Carrier/Wholesale/Enterprise customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex inquiries and projects with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of order processing, sales tracking, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders for assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Review contracts, billing statements, and pricing to ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate renewals and support revenue retention.
• Provide white-glove support to large commercial or wholesale customers.
