Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or related field) or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma required.
• One year commercial account opening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury and Commercial Sales Associates to support client needs and requests.
• Complete documentation for new account setups and send documentation to clients for execution.
• Open Deposit accounts for commercial clients.
• Perform maintenance for commercial accounts, including changing account signers, address changes, and adjusting account types.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks and duties are executed in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of communication with Treasury and Commercial Sales Associates and clients.
• Follow processes to mitigate risk for the bank.
• Remain current with regulatory and/or Commercial deposit products and service changes.
• Interact with internal and external clients while providing service excellence.
• Reliable and predictable attendance; both onsite and remote.
