Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem telehealth Therapist in Colorado to provide 1:1 and group therapy via telehealth. The role supports PHP/IOP settings with a focus on evidence-based interventions and treatment planning.

Requires a Master's degree in a related field and active Colorado license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC), with willingness to obtain additional licenses. Remote work and supervision opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy; telehealth capable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required timeframes and guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines; stay updated on telehealth practices.
