Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a Data Catalog & Lineage Specialist to drive enterprise data governance using Collibra, AWS, and Snowflake. The role focuses on implementing metadata management and lineage capabilities across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will collaborate with data engineering, governance, and business stakeholders to embed governance practices and enable end‑to‑end data visibility, discovery, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Collibra Data Catalog & Lineage experience.
• Strong data governance framework knowledge.
• Experience with AWS data architecture (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
• Expertise in Snowflake and relational databases.
• Proven data lineage and metadata management implementations.
• Ability to identify PII and sensitive data elements.
• Solid data modeling, ETL, and data integration skills.
• Experience in enterprise, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise data catalog and lineage using Collibra.
• Develop metadata management frameworks and standards.
• Enable end-to-end data lineage across cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data is discoverable and compliant.
• Drive adoption of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Identify and classify PII and ensure policy compliance.
• Integrate metadata and lineage with AWS-based data platforms and Snowflake.
• Support data quality, stewardship, and regulatory reporting.
