Midi Health is a comprehensive virtual care clinic dedicated to women in midlife navigating perimenopause and menopause. This role supports Nurse Practitioners without direct patient care or daily supervision, operating entirely remotely within the United States.

As Collaborating Physician (1099 Contract) in SC/MS, you will enter collaboration agreements, maintain licensure, and meet state requirements. Compensation is paid monthly per FTE, with paid training and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license in SC or MS.
• Willingness to serve as collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners.
• Must have a practice location in the state you serve.

Responsabilités

• Enter into Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements as required by state law.
• Maintain active licensure in good standing for the duration of the agreement.
• Participate in state-specific administrative requirements, as applicable by state.
