Job summary

Midi Health, a virtual care clinic focused on women in midlife, seeks licensed MDs or DOs to serve as Collaborating Physicians for Nurse Practitioners under a 1099 contract. This role excludes direct patient care and daily supervision, focusing on compliance, licensure, and NP collaboration agreements across South Carolina and Mississippi.

The position is remote-friendly and requires an active SC/MS medical license, a valid practice location in the respective state, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Board-Certified MD or DO required.
• Active unrestricted medical license in SC or MS.
• Willingness to serve as collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Enter into Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements as required by state law.
• Maintain active licensure in good standing for the duration of the agreement.
• Participate in state-specific administrative requirements, as applicable.
