Job summary

e123 is a Work From Anywhere company, and this role can be based anywhere in the US with the exception of PA, NE, IN, and IL. The Application Developer will update and extend the core SaaS platform built in ColdFusion, delivering enhancements for clients in the insurance space.

You will work from tickets, add integrations for clients and carriers, and help prevent issues by applying your system knowledge. Key responsibilities include coding enhancements with ColdFusion, testing and peer reviews,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ColdFusion development experience.
• Experience with MS-SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX.
• Experience in a SaaS, B2B environment is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use ColdFusion and related technologies to code new enhancements and solutions for the core platform and related applications.
• Test your own code and perform peer reviews.
• Adhere to OWASP secure coding practices.
• Follow the e123 Software Development Lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Support to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in all dev team group activities.
