Position: Document Processor

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, 84101

Scheduled Hours: 2nd Shift, 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Duration: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role:

As a Document Processor, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for efficiently handling and processing various documents. Your role involves ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support organizational operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and organize incoming documents according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Input data accurately from documents into computer systems or databases, ensuring prompt and correct entry.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, cross-referencing information to identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Conduct quality checks on processed documents to meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Scan, digitize, and organize documents electronically, maintaining accessible digital records.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents as requested, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of processing activities.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding progress, issues, and clarifications.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices implementation.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in document processing, data entry, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with computer skills and document processing software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adherence to confidentiality and security protocols.
