Position: Document Processor

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, 84101

Scheduled Hours: 2nd Shift, 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Duration: Permanent - Full Time

About the Role:

As a Document Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and processing various types of documents. Your role involves ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to support organizational operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and organize incoming documents according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Accurately input data from documents into computer systems or databases, ensuring prompt and correct entry.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, cross-referencing information to identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Conduct quality checks on processed documents to meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Scan, digitize, and organize documents electronically, maintaining organized digital records.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents as requested, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of processing activities.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding progress, issues, and clarifications.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to workflow enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in document processing, data entry, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with computer software and data entry tools.
