Job Summary

The pay range for this position is $36.00-$45.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and other benefits.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Work remotely from your home office.
• Review medical records and codes assigned by coders, providing feedback and corrections as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.

Qualifications

Required:

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P credential from AHIMA; CPC, COC, or CIC from AAPC
• At least 3 years of recent inpatient facility coding or QA experience
• Proficiency in coding, demonstrated via testing
• Ability to work from home with high-speed internet

Preferred:

• Experience with EMR, multiple encoders, and abstracting systems
