• Coordinate the flow of coded medical record information for accurate billing across hospital and ambulatory sites.
• Review surgical coding submissions and manage denials to maximize revenue and compliance.
• Bridge coding operations with reimbursement processes to drive efficiency.
• Design and deliver educational programs to elevate documentation and coding quality.
• Mentor providers and coding staff as an educational resource for continuous improvement.
• Assess educational initiatives to ensure measurable improvements in data quality and performance.
