Legacy Health is seeking a Coding Compliance Analyst to develop and implement compliance systems within our organization. This remote position is primarily for residents in Oregon and Washington, with occasional site-based responsibilities. The role demands a commitment to uphold documentation compliance standards for Medicare and other payor guidelines.

Key qualifications include an Associate’s degree, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P or CPC certification, and at least two years of healthcare experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for providing training and overseeing documentation processes.

The pay range is USD $31.38 - USD $44.89 per hour.

Qualifications

• RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P or CPC certification is required.
• Minimum of two years healthcare experience is required.
• CPT/ICD9 experience in a multi-specialty setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance systems for documentation.
• Analyze physician practices for charge capture opportunities.
• Provide onsite training to staff on coding and documentation.
