You will handle municipal code enforcement matters, appear in court in administrative and civil proceedings, draft pleadings and memoranda, and advise clients on enforcement strategies with internal legal teams.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in municipal code enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Handle municipal code enforcement matters for public agency clients throughout California
• Appear in court and represent municipal clients in administrative, civil, and related proceedings
• Collaborate with city officials, public agencies, and internal legal teams on enforcement strategies and compliance issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other case-related documents
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to municipal clients
