Job summary

Molina Healthcare is hiring for a Coordination of Benefits Processor. This remote role can be worked from multiple locations across the United States. The position focuses on coordinating benefits with other carriers, supporting COB activities and maintaining insurance records.

PST time zone is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with the MS Office Suite, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively across a matrixed organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate benefits with other carriers responsible for payment.
• Facilitate administrative support, data entry, and maintenance of insurance records.
• Validate state, vendor and internal COB leads using phone or insurance portals.
• Update COB tracking database and claims system.
• Log tickets for premium restoration such as MSP and ESRD with CMS or the assigned company contact.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization and manage concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
