Job summary

Alto Neuroscience is looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee clinical trial sites and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. In this role, you will manage enrollment, conduct monitoring visits, and act as a liaison between investigators and the sponsor, ensuring high-quality data collection and adherence to protocols.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a scientific discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in CNS clinical trials. There is a competitive salary range between $80-125K based on qualifications and experience, with remote work and 60% travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRO/biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proactive in identifying areas of improvement within Clinical Operations.
• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) credentialing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned investigative sites per protocols and compliance.
• Ensure subject recruitment and enrollment activities are timely.
• Conduct Site Evaluation, Initiation, Monitoring, and Close-out visits.
