Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a CMMC project manager to monitor, track, and manage the CMMC program to ensure continuous compliance across the business. The role serves as the bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and business goals while addressing risks and gaps.

Required: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in cybersecurity project management (5+ years PM overall), knowledge of NIST CSF, ITAR, and 110 CMMC controls. Remote, full-time with competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing cybersecurity compliance projects including CMMC.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Manufacturing and Defense contracting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic ownership with agile project planning and timelines.
• Clear cross-team communication and executive update cadence.
• Monitor KPIs, deadlines, and project health; mitigate risks.
• Project closure activities and preparation for compliance certifications.
