Job summary

You will work with leadership, sales consultants, distributors, and clinical education specialists to deliver hands-on labs, national courses, and expert exchanges.

You will ensure high-quality, compliant education experiences while coordinating logistics, budgets, and documentation to support program success across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience in medical device education or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of North America CMF Professional Education strategy and translate priorities into education plans.
• Coordinate programs for customers, products, procedures, including logistics, faculty engagements, budgets, and documentation.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders across functions to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of CMF clinical concepts to support programs.
• Leverage technologies to engage stakeholders and expand program reach.
• Help improve operational efficiency and optimize spending.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements for programs.
