Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to design and govern cloud-native solutions across compute, networking, data, identity, and security on a major cloud platform. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable cloud architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native design on at least one major cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud solutions covering compute, networking, storage, identity, data, and observability.
• Lead architecture reviews and approval processes for major cloud initiatives.
• Define cloud landing zones, account structure, and tagging strategies for new and existing workloads.
• Establish reference architectures, blueprints, and reusable patterns adopted across engineering teams.
• Architect security, identity, and compliance controls embedded into the cloud foundation.
• Design networking topologies including VPC/VNet design, transit hubs, hybrid connectivity, and private endpoints.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and re-platforming initiatives across application portfolios.
• Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps practices across the cloud estate.
• Partner with security architects to embed identity, data protection, and compliance controls from the outset.
• Produce architecture artifacts including context diagrams, sequence diagrams, and decision records.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during solution delivery.
• Engage with cloud providers and platform partners to evaluate roadmap fit.
• Track emerging cloud capabilities and ecosystem developments, assessing relevance to current and planned workloads, and recommend strategic adoption based on demonstrated value and operational maturity.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory obligations.
