Job summary

Softchoice is transforming cloud service delivery. The contract Solutions Development Engineer will collaborate with the Cloud Service Architect to design and implement innovative Managed Cloud Services using Azure, AWS, and M365, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying cloud solutions that meet client needs, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and compliance, and diagnosing and resolving challenges while automating processes to optimize cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure and cloud experience (Azure/AWS) including Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in cloud service development and deployment.
• Experience with Python or PowerShell; both is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Azure RM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Engineer or Azure Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Cloud Service Architect to develop and implement Managed Cloud Services that meet client needs
• Craft and deploy cloud solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and compliance
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, automate processes, and optimize cloud service performance
