Job summary

MTN is seeking a Cloud Security & Identity Administrator to own day-to-day operations of our cloud control plane, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, and Freshservice. You will manage access, enforce least-privilege, and document decisions within security policies established by the Cybersecurity Engineer.

This role focuses on operational governance, including managing IAM, audit logging, and access reviews, while collaborating with the Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in cloud, identity, or systems administration, with at least 2 years hands-on in Google Workspace and GCP.
• Knowledge of GCP IAM, org policies, service accounts, and cloud audit logging.
• Experience fulfilling and documenting access requests against a least-privilege standard.
• Hands-on administration experience with an ITSM platform (Freshservice preferred).
• Scripting or automation ability (Python, Bash, gcloud, or PowerShell) for reporting and bulk administration.
• Strong written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Google Workspace Operations and Security Configuration: manage users, groups, OUs, shared drives, and delegated admin roles with least-privilege.
• Google Cloud Platform Administration: IAM, org policy, project scope, and logging health.
• Access Request Management and Identity Governance Operations: Freshservice intake, triage, and fulfillment with least privilege; escalate high-risk cases.
• Freshservice Administration: roles, SSO/SAML, API credentials, workflows, and approvals.
• Security Platform Operations Support: administer endpoint, SIEM, email security, and cloud posture tools.
• Compliance Evidence and Documentation: collect SOC 2/CMMC evidence and maintain runbooks.
