Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Security Consultant II to advise customers on Akamai security products, design secure cloud architectures, and support complex deployments across the Akamai platform.

You will work with the integrated account team to align solutions with customer requirements and industry best practices. Remote work is permitted nationwide in the United States; candidates bring a Master’s degree and 2+ years of security architecture and DevSecOps experience in cloud

Competenze

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, or Information Technology Management.
Two years of experience in security architecture review, risk assessment, and threat modeling; security automation and DevSecOps; cloud containers; CI/CD; security testing and vulnerability management; API security; cloud infrastructure and related languages.

Mansioni

Ensure successful network integration and support of customers on Akamai platform.
Implement solutions to help customers leverage Akamai security products to achieve outcomes.
Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer web architecture and develop long-term security strategies.
Stay current with security best practices and contribute to methodology and service quality.
