Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Developer to design and implement cloud service delivery models for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS, driving automation via DevSecOps practices and secure cloud architectures.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud or systems administration, hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt), and strong communication skills; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud or system administration roles.
• Experience with AWS or Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies and best practices.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud-native technologies and best practices.
• Experience with managed or unmanaged Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform or Terragrunt.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, pay strict attention to detail, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural framework for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
• Migrate on-premises applications to the cloud and debug cloud stacks.
• Establish secure cloud environment and uptime design; manage cloud policies and new tech requests.
• Work independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.
