Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support Agile design, development, integration and deployment of a mission management software in secure cloud environments. You will lead cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalable, resilient operations and rapid problem resolution within a DevSecOps pipeline for space systems.

The role requires 3+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/OpenShift, TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud engineering and infrastructure experience (AWS/OpenShift, networking, storage, compute).
• Experience delivering highly available, cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in provisioning and triaging cloud resources, including VMs and networks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, SQL databases, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Must be able to work onsite at an accredited SCIF or SAPF and hold TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a high-velocity Agile development lifecycle for mission management software.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments for efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Ensure DevSecOps pipelines meet security and performance standards.
