Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux in cloud environments.
• Experience supporting web-based apps (WebLogic, Tomcat).
• Familiar with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production cloud infrastructure across a broad portfolio of applications.
• Troubleshoot cloud incidents and ensure service availability and reliability.
• Upgrade, modify, and optimize infrastructure to meet requirements.
• Provision new cloud environments for product delivery and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal projects.
