Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking a Virtual Network Security Manager to lead security strategy for global, cloud-based environments. This fully remote role focuses on designing defenses, threat mitigation, and proactive policy development across multi-cloud and remote infrastructures.

With 5+ years in enterprise security, you will guide incident response, risk management, and governance while collaborating with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to maintain digital trust and strong security postures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, CS or IT.
• CISSP/CISM/CCSP/CEH/OSCP certifications are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-grade network security.
• Experience with cloud-native security controls and DevSecOps is a plus.
• Experience presenting security strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee enterprise-wide network security policies.
• Lead strategies for securing multi-cloud, hybrid, and remote infrastructures.
• Monitor threat intelligence and proactively mitigate evolving risks.
• Present strategic roadmaps to executives for technology alignment.
• Coordinate incident response and develop playbooks with global teams.
