Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate cloud networking infrastructure across major cloud providers. You will focus on VPC/VNet design, hybrid connectivity, edge networking, DNS, and security controls to ensure scalable, reliable networks.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in networking with cloud experience, hands-on cloud networking, and proficiency with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in networking with significant cloud networking.
• Hands-on experience with networking on at least one major cloud provider.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and modern networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code for cloud networking (Terraform).
• Strong understanding of cloud security and network controls.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes networking and service mesh fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and packet-level analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate cloud networking infrastructure across cloud providers.
• Design VPC/VNet, hybrid connectivity, transit topologies, edge networking, DNS, and security controls.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Raise the bar through code and design reviews and mentorship of junior engineers.
