Job summary

MSM Technology is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support HUD IOO, providing cloud administration, automation, and infrastructure expertise across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. The role focuses on designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining cloud and network infrastructure for high availability and compliance with federal standards.

The candidate will administer Azure and AWS, support IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, write IaC, and build DevSecOps pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab, while

Qualifications

3–5 years in Cloud/Network/Systems engineering
Experience with Azure and AWS environments
Familiarity with FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity requirements
Experience in Agile Kanban environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Support IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.
Write, deploy, and verify Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Design and maintain DevSecOps platforms (Jenkins, GitLab) and pipeline automation.
Implement cloud security controls per FedRAMP and federal requirements.
Collaborate to develop cloud solutions, security policies, and automation strategies.
Configure and monitor cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, NACLs).
Coordinate remote collaboration using Slack and MS Teams.
Develop documentation and SOPs for continuous service improvement.
