Job summary

Azumo LLC is hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure for live AI workloads, including clusters, deployment pipelines, and monitoring. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to the client’s working day.

You will work on production systems, ensuring uptime, cost efficiency, and secure operation of Kubernetes clusters and cloud deployments. You will apply IaC, build reliable delivery pipelines, and monitor observability for fast root-cause analysis and fixes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or systems engineering with production infra
• Kubernetes production expertise including provisioning/upgrades/debugging
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent
• CI/CD pipelines you built/maintain and container image ownership
• Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP and cost model familiarity
• Monitoring/incident handling to root cause and fix
• Security hardening of Linux/containers/Kubernetes
• Cost and capacity management understanding and action
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus
• Clear written and spoken English, client-facing aptitude

Responsibilities

• Own production infrastructure and clusters across environments
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and container images
• Monitor, alert, and drive incidents to root cause and resolution
• Plan and optimize infrastructure costs and capacity
• Ensure security hardening is integrated into development and deployment
• Collaborate with AI engineers for workloads and inference services
• Work inside client environments when required and ensure SOC 2/HIPAA considerations
