Job summary

Gateway Ticketing Systems is seeking a Cloud DevOps Analyst to support and evolve our hosted environment for customer facing applications. You will work closely with the Cloud Architect to implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for Azure, and to develop automation via Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT experience with cloud hosted products, familiarity with multi‑platform environments, and a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast‑growing cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years IT experience with cloud hosted products and services and multi‑platform systems administration.
• Industry recognized certifications preferred.
• Gateway applications knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the hosted environment for all customer facing applications, focusing on automation and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with the Cloud Architect to implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for Azure resources.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management and provisioning.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines and Argo CD for deployment accuracy.
• Learn to deploy and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Provide on‑call coverage for hosted infrastructure and document standard operating procedures.
