Job summary

Imagineeer is seeking a Cloud Developer Manager to lead a talented team of Cloud Developers and drive the design, architecture, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of scalable cloud solutions. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on delivery in a remote-first environment.

You will oversee cloud plans, guide application deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP, and mentor engineers to improve performance, security, and cost efficiency while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role in cloud development.
• Expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, containerization, and serverless computing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Cloud Developers engaged in design, architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud solutions
• Oversee cloud plans and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications into the cloud environment
• Implement infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing, optimizing performance and scalability
