Job summary

Zencore seeks a Director of Delivery Management to own delivery outcomes for Google Cloud engagements. You will run strategic programs, hire and lead the engagement management team, and serve as the delivery executive guiding clients to success.

You will collaborate with Google Cloud account teams and client CTOs. You will oversee portfolio performance, mentor delivery leaders, and shape scalable delivery processes that support global growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs, incl. 5+ years in professional services.
• Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements; migrations and data platforms.
• Proven ownership of portfolio performance: margin, forecasting, utilization, client health.
• People management: hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders.
• Pre-sales credibility: shaping solutions, SOWs, change orders.
• Executive presence with sponsors and engineers; ability to simplify complex issues.
• Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, governance, and successful execution across a portfolio of cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI engagements.
• Manage portfolio health and financial performance, including risk mitigation, budget, margin, forecasting, utilization, and change control.
• Lead teams and strategic client engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure client success beyond the scope of the SOW.
• Serve as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts; build trusted relationships with client executives and act as escalation point.
• Work alongside Google Cloud account teams and partner engineering to align on joint delivery and expansion.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing delivery management team via hiring, coaching, performance management and career development while maintaining Zencore's delivery standards.
• Oversee global staffing, resource planning, and engagement leadership across the US, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Own and continuously improve Zencore's delivery model, including methodology, governance, estimation, tooling, quality standards, and AI-enabled best practices.
• Partner with executives to develop scalable delivery processes, playbooks, and operating models to support growth.
